This policy outlines the terms and conditions for returning or exchanging a product, as well as the process for issuing refunds.

We will do our best to answer any emails within a 24 to 48 hours providing email or phone support within a certain timeframe.

Returns accepted within 30 days.  

We offer a 30-day return policy for all unused and unopened products. Customers may return items for a full refund within 30 days of purchase, provided they are in their original condition and packaging.  Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. 

  • The item must be in the original packaging. 

  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 

  • Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.
