I have such a love for trees. I find that each one has such a personality, whether it is a healthy or sad tree. I titled this one
"The Quiet Witness" because he is almost invisible. He wants to be incognito but watching. The soft pinks and creams give this piece a sense of vulnerability, yet the expressive dark scratches suggest strength. The side panel looks like mahogany wood, suggesting a doorway to the unknown.
